Adding sweet orange gives your Gin and Tonic a beautiful fruity freshness. For something a little different also add a fresh sprig of rosemary or thyme.

Lemon & lime, both tried and tested, complement any G&T perfectly.

Make sure you eat the gin soaked apple, it's the cherry on top!

Lightly crush a couple of juniper berries in between your fingers or with the flat of a knife, then add them to your gin.
